Growing Our Future .....

At Engineered BioSystems, our goal is simple: to make your Biomanufacturing expansion project a success. We feel a significant responsibility in helping pharmaceutical manufacturers get their product to market quicker, easier and with less expense. In working with us, you will find significant depth of knowledge, not only in skid production and cGMP project management, but we have broad experience in process development and design. Our depth ranges from the lab bench through packaging.

Your Critical Path Is Our Initiative:

Speed to market is crucial. Faster delivery means a faster ROI for your project. It also means quicker pharmaceutical access, which can have critical implications for some. We understand the significance of on time delivery, and take additional steps in engineering, project management and inventory control, to enable us to quote the quickest deliveries in the business.

Simple To Program; Easy To Run:

Employee turnover and associated training is costly. Our control system is simple, intuitive and familiar. Our well illustrated operators manuals make establishing and following SOP’s routine. As a result, our equipment is in production more.

Quality We Stand Behind:

We are confident we provide the highest quality pharmaceutical process equipment available, and we support that by offering you the longest standard warranty available ... 36 months.

Project Management Team:

It is imperative that you have the feedback required relative to your projects progress. At project inception, quite often during the quotation phase, we have already established your team. Members from engineering, validation, manufacturing, sales, customer service and controls meet regularly to insure that from all vantage points, your specification is addressed thoroughly, and that our equipment is being manufactured to surpass your expectations. Not only is the project team involved during the quotation and production phase, but is responsible to assure successful implementation into your facility, and then to provide long-term post installation support.

Serviceability:

By designing our equipment with off the shelf components, you have multiple channels through which you can source replacement parts. We do not believe in locking you into a sole source situation. Benefits of in-house serviceability are apparent because of the component level crossover with other process equipment already in your plant. This is especially apparent considering our non-proprietary Allen Bradley based control platform. Bottom line ... down time is mitigated!

Total Value Perspective:

Biomanufacturing is a complex business. You need suppliers that understand more than just how to build a skid. At Engineered BioSystems, members of your project team will have an in-depth understanding of the upstream and downstream processing needs. A BioSystem is not just pipes and PLC’s ... it is the total package we deliver.

ISO 9001:2000 Certified Service Network:

In addition to enabling serviceability by your in-house maintenance, we have a nationwide network of ISO certified service representatives at your disposal ... up time ... production efficiency.

U.S. Infrastructure:

Our sales and client services offices are located on the West Coast, in the Midwest, and on the East Coast. Our tank production is in Missouri, and final fabrication in Wichita, Kansas. We welcome your audit of our facilities and capabilities!

Built to validate:

Our production facility has the most complete FAT testing capability in the U.S.

We maintain an independent Quality Assurance department responsible for quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Their responsibilities include material handling, employee training, facilities maintenance, drawing and document review, and completion of all equipment turnover packages.

Our manufacturing and validation experience allows for the most seamless integration of factory and site acceptance testing integration into commissioning and IQ/OQ validation.
